Job Summary:

  • We are looking for a skilled HR executive to supervise daily support operations of our company, enable people and culture and plan the most efficient administrative procedures. Added advantage (software technology knowledge).
  • It is an immediate requirement.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes.
  • Enable people and implements action on the enrichment of the culture and involves in maintaining the cultural flair of the organization.
  • End to end recruitment.
  • Organizational planning & performance management and improvement systems.
  • Handles Organizational development activities.
  • Employee orientation, development, and training.
  • Policy development and documentation,employee relations,company-wide committee facilitation.
  • Experience in working in HR team and takes care of the Training and Development.
  • Employee safety, welfare, wellness and health.
  • Employee services and counseling, Employee Grievance handling.
  • Assess staff performance and provide guidance to ensure maximum efficiency.
  • Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations.
  • Manage schedules and deadlines.
  • Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints.
  • Oversee facilities services, maintenance activities.
  • Organize and supervise other office activities (recycling, renovations, event planning etc.).
  • Ensure operations adhere to policies and regulations.
  • Keep abreast with all organizational changes and business developments.
  • Time Sheet Management.
  • Assist HR Department on their functions.

Requirements :

  • Proven experience in handling HR & Admin tasks.
  • A forward thinker with people enablement skills.
  • In-depth understanding of office management procedures and departmental and legal policies
  • Familiarity with financial and facilities management principles
  • Proficient in MS Office and good communication skills
  • An analytical mind with problem-solving skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • A team player with leadership skills
